Introducing Spring Grove’s NEW Licensed Nursing Home Administrator!

We are thrilled to introduce the NEW Leadership of Spring Grove Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center. Farrah Molfetta, MPA, LNHA, has joined our team as the Licensed Nursing Home Administrator. Although new to the NEW Spring Grove, Farrah is not new to the industry, nor to this center location. Just a few short years ago, Farrah led the effort of this great location to its 5 Star Quality Rating. Farrah has nearly 15 years leadership experience in the post-acute space and is thrilled to be on board to drive current Spring Grove focuses of: Specialty Care Programming Development in collaboration with our hospital partners, Quality Enhancements and Next Level Guest and Customer Service Initiatives.
