Meet Alex Munies and Jack Grondin of ConnectCare!

Changing the World Always Needs Volunteers!

We would like you to meet Alex Munies of New Providence High School and Jack Grondin of NYC’s Regis High School. These two have concocted “ConnectCare”, which is a program they created to facilitate FaceTime sessions between our residents and their loved ones. Jack and Alex have committed to traveling and using their own technology to make possible and assist throughout FaceTime calls. “ConnectCare” is rooted in the belief that human connection promotes healing and overall well-being.

About Alex:

Alex is going to be a freshman in high school this Fall. She’s the type of student who is a planner and proud to say she didn’t miss one day of school in junior high. She has a grandma in Omaha who is going to be 100 this August and Alex wishes she could FaceTime with her more often.

About Jack:

Jack is going to be a freshman in high school this Fall. Jack is the type of student who goes for this with gusto! He is inspired by his late grandfather who was paralyzed at the age of 16, but defeated all odds and became a successful businessman, and most proudly an amazing family man and friend.

Jack and Alex hope to bring healing, love, and support to the residents of Spring Grove and their loved ones.
