Across 27 centers in multiple states, Spring Grove had the Lowest 30-Day Rehospitalization Rate, The Lowest Staff Turnover Rate, Achieved 5 Star Quality Measures for the whole year, and The Highest 2019 Employee Satisfaction Survey Score.
